Class will include the Yang style, easy to follow 8 forms. Practiced with mindfulness of breath, weight transference and situational awareness, Tai Chi can easily be translated into many aspects of daily life.

30 min CORE
Offered both virtually and outdoors, this 30 min class focuses on the total core! Work your abs, back, hips and glutes on the mat to engage your muscles and develop overall core strength.
Join us for 2 great classes where the only equipment needed is a chair: Chair Exercise and Chair Stretch. All exercises will come with options to modify or to kick it up a notch!
