Fitness Testing

“Get Tested and Train Smart”

Identify your athletic strengths and weaknesses! All athletes will be tested utilizing the Functional Movement Screen and the NSCA Standardized Performance Testing Procedures. Speed is tested with a Fully Automated Timing System. Power is tested using the Vertec System.

What is FMS? The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries.

After completing the tests, you will receive an Athlete Profile. The Athlete Profile lists the testing results and the NSCA testing index score. The Athlete Profile will help indicate what attributes need to be stresses in training.
