The Fighting Falls Program is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls and maintain activities of daily living. The program utilizes variety of training methods and modalities that make for a fun and rewarding experience.

TBM is a “Unique methodology of injury prevention, rehabilitation, conditioning & peak performance training based on balanced water and land exercises.” This method is based upon the 6 Essential qualities of life and sport creating the foundation of The Burdenko Method- Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Endurance, Speed and Strength. For the next month we will focus on the aquatic portion of the program challenging it’s participants in a pain free environment thus improving one’s quality of living.
