Circuit Training 101

Start your day with circuit-style strength training exercises to tone up and get stronger. Each session will feature a mix of cardio, strength training, core exercises and the Burdenko Method using various equipment such as free weights, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, physioballs and half rolls. Each class will focus on teaching proper form and technique to workout with confidence and stay injury free.
