Balance & Stability Training: Physical activity is a major factor in keeping good health and maintaining your independence as you age. The Fighting Falls Program is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls and maintain activities of daily living. The program utilizes variety of training methods and modalities that make for a fun and rewarding experience.

Proprioception is your body’s awareness in space for both posture and movement. It is key for reducing risk of injury as well as enhancing athletic performance, injury recovery, activities of daily living, and overall quality of life. Our new Dynamic Balance class is decided to provide a progressive exercise program where we will challenge your neuromuscular system and proprioception to improve balance, stability, and strength in your everyday activities.
