AQUAFIT
This shallow end water aerobics class was designed to keep you moving with fun, upbeat music. Keeping the energy high, Aquafit focuses on building cardio while incorporating upper and lower body strengthening. Designed for all levels. Ability to swim is not required.

AQUAFIT ZUMBA
Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aquafit Zumba gives a new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aquafit Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based, total body workout in the shallow end.

BURDENKO H2O
Try this invigorating deep end water class based on the Burdenko Method. Escape from gravity and experience the 3 fold power of water (assists, resists and supports). Classes focus on the 6 essential qualities of life and sport: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength to deliver a full body, non-impact workout.

BURDENKO H20: SUNDAY STRETCH & BURN
This special Sunday edition of Burdenko H2O begins with an extended warm up to lengthen and stretch your muscles then turns to an upbeat, cardio burn-all in the deep end to energize and get you ready to take on the day!

BURDENKO H2O: TRIPLE THREAT
Join us in the pool for the Burdenko H2O version of Triple Threat. This 45-minute class will spend 15 minutes on CARDIO, 15 minutes STRENGTH and 15 minutes CORE for a great full-body workout in the deep end.

CARDIO H2O 50/50
New at Mashpee Fitness! Cardio H2O 50/50 focuses specifically on endurance, one of the 6 essential qualities of life and sport. Power through this 45-minute class which features the deep end AND the shallow end for a mix of both anti-gravity exercises and a low impact workout.

POWER WATER
Join us for a non-stop, challenging workout in the deep end based on the Burdenko Method! Class is designed for athletes and those demanding high intensity strengthening and aerobics.

WATER INTERVAL
A higher level Burdenko H2O class. Power through a deep water workout of aquatic intervals which alternate periods of intense work with periods of active recovery.

SPIN
Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, this indoor cycling program delivers an incredible calorie burn and an individual challenge at a self-directed pace. Turn the music up, the lights down and let the instructor guide you. Please remember to bring a water bottle.

TRIPLE THREAT
The Triple Threat: Cardio, Strength and Core. This 45-minute class will spend 15 minutes on cardio intervals, 15 minutes of strength training circuits and 15 minutes of core work for a jam packed, fun-filled workout.

ON A ROLL
A fitness class at the Barnstable Fitness Center designed to improve core stability and overall muscular strength. This class will feature the medicine and physio balls, as well as the foam half roll.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of Hatha Yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.

GENTLE YOGA STRETCH
This Hatha based Yoga class uses postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of connecting Mind, Body and Spirit. Yoga postures help make the spine supple and promote circulation in all organs, glands and tissues. Postures also stretch and align the body promoting balance and flexibility.

ADAPTIVE YOGA WITH LORI MARTIN
Designed for beginners, those with limitations as well as people who want to deepen their practice, each class with Lori Martin is unique to adapt to its participants. Work with blocks, straps and chairs while the concentration is on alignment, breath and relaxation.

KIND YOGA
The Kind Yoga philosophy is that Yoga, when done with Kindness, Awareness and Skill can be a profound vehicle for personal and social transformation. Kind Yoga is a gentle yoga for all ages and abilities incorporating Hatha style and the eight limbs of yoga philosophy, meditation, breathing practices and postures.
